What the Mountain View company is looking for isn’t updating apps with new features, either. Optimized for at least two versions of Android.
When Google introduces a new version of Android, it also API available for developers, so they can adapt their app to the latest version and make it perform better. In this way, it allows them to take advantage of some of the new features included in the new version of the operating system.
