The built-in gallery on Samsung smartphones is quite functional. It includes extensive image editing capabilities, but most of the options are hidden deep within the editor, so the average user might not even know about them. Along with Gallery, the company has a new app for Android that not only improves photos, but also fixes some problems. Called Galaxy Enhance-X, the program uses artificial intelligence to fix obvious flaws with a single tap.
Galaxy Enhance-X can correct blur, remove reflections, reflections and moire, zoom photos, brighten very dark areas and improve HDR. And all this with the subsequent image correction, by pressing a “Magic” button that starts the analysis of the image by AI algorithms. The user can then compare the results before and after making the changes. If you are satisfied with the result, Galaxy Enhance-X saves the edited copy in JPEG format.
It’s worth noting that most of the editor’s functions are part of the Samsung Gallery, but the company has moved them to a separate app specifically so they can be found easily and quickly in the editor. The interface of the program is quite simple and all editing options are displayed on the screen after the user selects the image to be adjusted. Galaxy Enhance-X app is compatible with all Samsung devices running Android 10 and higher. You can download it for free from the Galaxy Store.
