- The first set is called “Sasha 3%”. Its name comes from the protests in Belarus in the years 2020-2021, when Lukashenko won the election. Then a political meme appeared in the country, implying the real level of support for the dictator – three percent, not 80.1 percent, as shown in the official results. The set also includes other memes such as “PSYCHO3%”, “STOP cockroach”, a cartoon of Lukashenka in the form of a percent sign.

- The second set was named “Luke”. It contains cartoons of Lukashenka depicting various situations with funny inscriptions – for example, taking pills, crushing cockroaches, or a picture with Putin and Lukashenka in the same bed.

The decision to recognize the stickers as extremist was made by the Minsk Central District court on July 25. Information about it was included in the republican list of extremist materials posted on the website of the Ministry of Information.
