In the Russian Federation, the websites of the paid subscription service Patreon and the English grammar service Grammarly have become unavailable.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported on the TG channel of Roskomsvoboda, which monitors the availability of websites.

According to him, Russian providers, by decision of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, closed access to the anti-war statement of Doxa editors, which was published on Patreon on February 25, but due to the fact that the service uses the HTTPS protocol, the entire site has become unusable.

There were also access issues with Grammarly, an online service that helps to write English texts more effectively. The page stating that the service has stopped working in Russia and Belarus has been blocked.

In turn, access to sites may be completely unavailable “on several operators” due to the blocking of pages in the Russian news agency TASS, Patreon and Grammarly.

In general, based on the decision of the Prosecutor General’s Office, to which Roskomsvoboda noted, 102 more sites were blocked in Russia, including the Ukrainian media.

On February 24, the Russian Federation began a new phase of the war against Ukraine – a full-scale invasion. The invaders are bombing and bombing the peaceful cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population. At the same time, the Kremlin regime intensifies the repression in the country.
