Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Ukrainian cyber police officers have repelled 83 enemy cyberattacks and alerted 300 more.

Deputy Chief of the National Police – Chief of the Criminal Police Mykhailo Kuznetsov, Ukraine – announced this during a briefing at the Ukrinform Media Center.

“Together with other law enforcement agencies, the consequences of 83 hostile cyberattacks have been repulsed and eliminated, and more than 300 cyberattacks in preparation have been prevented,” he said.

Also, since the beginning of martial law, cyber police have made more than 950 searches, according to the official.

Cyber ​​police officers also identified more than 1,700 soldiers of the Russian Federation and more than 850 propagandists of “Russian peace”, who were involved in the commission of war crimes on the territory of Ukraine.

Kuznetsov added that during the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the cyber police identified 50 collaborators, 44 of whom were informed as suspects.

As Ukrinform reported, on February 24, Russia launched a new phase of the war against Ukraine – a full-scale offensive. Ukrainian defense forces fiercely resist Russian troops. By August 10, the Ukrainian defenders had destroyed about 42,800 invaders.
