The German company Adidas presented wireless headphones RPT-02 SOL, which use a light source for charging.

This was reported by Techradar, Ukrinform reports.

The Exeger Powerfoyle solar panel is built into the earcups. It absorbs all kinds of natural or artificial light. Thus, users can charge the headset’s battery both indoors and outdoors.

There is also the possibility to charge using a USB Type-C cable that needs to be connected to the charger.

It is stated that one hour of charging from direct sunlight is sufficient for the headset to work uninterruptedly for three hours.

In total, the wireless RPT-02 SOL can work up to 80 hours.

The model costs around $240 and will go on sale on August 23.

As reported by Ukrinform, Klipsch company presented T5 II True Wireless ANC wireless headphones.
