The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is launching the registration of damaged and destroyed property, which will contain data on all real estate objects damaged or destroyed during the military offensive of the Russian Federation.

According to the Ukrinform correspondent, this was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov during the conference “Digital Reconstruction of Ukraine”.

“The registration of damaged and destroyed property has already been developed and is being started. Now all the information that Ukrainians submit through Diya (damaged property – about the author) will be included in this register,” he said.

Fedorov added that data on damaged property of legal entities will also be entered in the registry. After that, local self-government and state authorities will be able to verify all information and make more effective decisions.

Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov noted that the enterprises and departments of the ministry will also enter data on damaged properties in this register.

“Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukravtodor, our other businesses, our ports and airports have destroyed facilities. We have made it our duty to start entering information there as soon as possible,” the minister said.

According to him, the registry will allow the Ministry of Infrastructure to collect all information about damaged or destroyed infrastructure objects, assess the damage, as well as calculate the cost of restoration.

As reported, the “Action” application will be able to present information about properties damaged as a result of Russian aggression from February 19, 2014.
