Kyiv Tech Summit, the first web3 hackathon in Ukraine, brought together more than 200 Ukrainian IT professionals.

“He spoke at the Kyiv Tech Summit, the first web3 hackathon in Ukraine. He brought together more than 200 Ukrainian IT professionals,” he said.
Fedorov emphasized that Ukrainian IT companies and specialists are “heroes of the economic front” and that IT is “one of the few industries that can survive, work and pay taxes during the war.”
“We are doing everything for the development of Ukraine as a technological state. Countries continue to compete for people, to create the best tax and legal conditions for finding talent. People are the most valuable capital,” the minister said.
He emphasized that the struggle is taking place on all fronts, while the Ukrainians continue to set ambitious goals.
In particular, work is currently underway on the development of the Drone Army and military technology. The project “Diya.City” has already been created, which, according to Fedorov, offers “the best conditions in the world for the development of IT companies.” “Ultimately, technologies and innovations will become a priority in the future,” added the head of the Ministry of Digitization.
According to the minister, one of the projects presented at the web3-hackathon is planned to be implemented at the state level. The project can be related to fintech, virtual assets, records, blockchain.
Fedorov thanked the IT community for continuing to fight on the technological front, protecting the economic front and bringing victory closer.
“Ukraine is the bravest country in the world. The Armed Forces does the impossible. And we must do everything to emerge from the war as a strong digital state,” said the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. said.
As reported, the Cyber ​​Security National Hackathon (NHCS) will be held in Kiev from November 15-19.
