Despite still leading the US market with a 70% share, Netflix should be concerned about their future, and studies indicate that 1 in 4 people will be able to cancel their subscription within one year. The main reasons for this are the cost of the subscription, which is the highest average cost of a plan in the US market, as well as the lack of content, with 1 in 3 respondents saying that the service has no more shows they want to watch.
