The Ministry of Economy states that “yeOselya” is an opportunity for Ukrainians to buy a house with a minimum down payment of 20% and a loan of up to 20 years on favorable terms. The mass launch of the program will take place in the second half of October. Then the service is available in the Diya mobile app and it will be possible to submit an application in a few clicks.

Currently, five banks are integrated into the program: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Sky Bank and Globus Bank. They are ready to start issuing the first loans.

This year, representatives of the following social categories will be able to participate in the program: military and law enforcement officers, doctors, educational workers and scientists.
