The GIGABYTE RTX 4090 Aorus Waterforce is presented as a high-end graphics card complete with a liquid cooling system that, as we can see in the cover image, promises a high cooling capacity thanks to Radiator 360 mm and their three 120mm fans each.

The liquid cooling block is connected to block that completely covers the PCB and this ensures contact with all the key points of the GIGABYTE RTX 4090 Aorus Waterforce, including the GPU and VRM. The pipes of the liquid cooling system are braided, which means that they offer high strength and are built to last.

This liquid cooling system has a very careful design and a very good color combination. It is also easy to install if we have enough space in our PC chassis to mount it. The graphics card would be installed like a normal model into the corresponding PCIe slot and a heatsink would be mounted in the chassis space reserved for 360mm radiators, where it would be attached using the included screws.

The GIGABYTE RTX 4090 Aorus Waterforce will join the extensive lineup of next-generation graphics cards that GIGABYTE is preparing for release starting next week. At the end of September, we already told you about the GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 4090 MASTER, the model it uses air cooling system with three fansand it occupies four expansion slots due to its size.

In the case of the GIGABYTE RTX 4090 Aorus Waterforce, two expansion slots will be occupied and thanks to the liquid cooling kit we won’t have to worry about working temperaturesbut as I mentioned before, we need to have room for a heatsink and fans, which won’t be a problem in most towers and semi-towers on the market.

Food is provided as expected one 16-pin connector which is located on the side of the graphics card. We don’t have details on the exact release date and we don’t know the price of GIGABYTE RTX 4090 Aorus Waterforce, but we do have clear basic specifications of this model.

If we do not have a source with a 16-pin connector, we will have nothing to worry about, as this card will include an adapter for using classic 8-pin connectors. However, keep in mind that this graphics card will have a TGP identical to that of the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, so we will need a min. power source 850W.

In case we have high consumption componentsor what we did overclocking and this climbed above what our components would have at their benchmarks, it would be advisable to have more power to avoid any problems, especially with the usage spikes which, although not usually frequent or longer, can crash the computer, which does not have enough energy.
