Apparently, the first complaints about received messages appeared on LinkedIn, but they can still be found on Twitter quite often. They come via messages or SMS.
“Hi, I’m a hiring manager…”
Each of these scam messages starts out pretty much the same. Unknowns report that they have allegedly hired executives at one of the companies – Amazon or AliExpress – and are looking for new part-time online employees. They offer working from home, simple work that can be done anytime, anywhere, and high wages that appear to be paid same-day. In the case of Amazon, they promise from 5,000 to 30,000 hryvnias per day, and in AliExpress a little more modestly – from 1,000 to 8,000 hryvnias.
Phone numbers, a link to the so-called Telegram channel or a link for communication via messaging are always indicated below. After such “ideal” working conditions, someone will definitely want to be addicted.

The messages are coming from different numbers and accounts each time. Some users even got them multiple times. dev.ua editor received the same.
Several theories have been put forward in the network:
One of the reasons for the posting is seen as an attempt to spread malware among Ukrainians to monitor smartphones and computers. According to users, the Russian authorities are behind this.
According to another version, “a secret recruitment to the bot farm” – probably also in Russian.
There may also be an attempt to collect some statistical data from the devices.
