Poor optimization of GOS game services and poor camera features on Samsung smartphones are forcing users to switch to iPhone. This is reported by the SamMobile portal.

According to a survey of Seoul residents, many have abandoned their Samsung smartphones in favor of Apple devices. Some respondents said that Samsung users are attracted to memes that are not trendy enough compared to iPhone owners, while others chose the American smartphone because of its better photo and video features.

One participant stated that the reason for switching from Samsung to iPhone was poor GOS optimization. As young Koreans love to spend their free time playing mobile games, optimization issues have shaken their trust in the domestic manufacturer.

SamMobile states that despite the trend, devices in the Samsung ecosystem continue to be in demand in South Korea.
