The Ministry of Digital Transformation launched the first phase of the large-scale Nota project. Now notaries can create a power of attorney, car rental agreement and a statement confirming the authenticity of the signature with a QR code.

This is reported by Ukrinform in Telegram, with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Digitization.

“We are working on the promotion of electronic notary services in Ukraine – Nota. The first stage of the project is notary documents with QR codes. To check them, simply use the QR scanner in the Diya application,” he says.

The Ministry announced that notary documents are issued in special forms. However, there have been difficulties in production and logistics since the beginning of the Russian occupation.

Therefore, notaries were allowed to create part of documents on ordinary A4 paper. Also, there are cases of forgery of notary documents, even in special forms.

“We are launching a QR code check to protect Ukrainians from document forgery. It can be a power of attorney, a car rental agreement, a statement confirming the authenticity of the signature,” he said.

With a QR code, you can download an electronic copy of the document in a few clicks for review and storage. You no longer need to scan or take photos for this. You can see the service instructions here.

As reported, a new service – the purchase of military bonds – appeared in the Diya app on Oct. These are state-issued securities during a full-scale occupation of the Russian Federation.

The cost of one OVDP starts from 900 hryvnia. They differ in: payment dates – up to 1.5 years; income percentage – from 11% to 16% per year; names given in honor of temporarily occupied cities and territories – Kherson, Melitopol, Mariupol, Crimea.
