COO Greg Peters said in a blog post that users of the new plan will have access to Netflix’s entire library of shows, except for a few movies and TV shows that have been locked “due to license restrictions we’re working on.” The bad news is that the maximum quality available for such subscribers will be limited to 720p.
So far, the tariff has been implemented in Canada, Mexico, USA, UK, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea. It will also be available in Spain from 10 November. Nothing is known yet about availability in Ukraine.
The price of this subscription option $6.99 per month to use.

It is worth noting that Netflix has long resisted advertising on its service, but there has been a significant drop in the number of users and, as a result, in revenue, forcing it to look for new ways to attract funds. Therefore, it was decided to offer a cheaper tariff, as many users were not satisfied with the subscription price.
