China plans six space missions to the Tiangun orbital station this year. They will allow the station to be completed and put into operation. This was announced by the head of the Office of the manned spaceflight program of China Hao Chun (Hao Chun).

“We have planned six missions for 2022, after which the construction of the orbiting station will be completed. Then the phase of the operation and its further development will begin, “he said.

The head of the division also noted that the physical condition of the three businessmen who returned to Earth from the main module of Tianhe Tianhe station aboard Shenzhou-13 on Saturday was normal. It will be remembered that businessmen Zhai Zhigan, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu spent 183 days on the space station.

The Chinese station is located at an altitude of about 400 km, it is expected to last more than 10 years. “Tiangun” is designed for three people (up to six people for a short time when changing crews).
