After the recent launch of One UI 5 on the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, the company has released the stable Android 13 build for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. According to Sammobile, global users of devices with model number SM-G990B are currently receiving the One UI 5 update for the Galaxy S21 FE with firmware version G990BXXU2DVK3. While we don’t have access to the update’s changelog, the Galaxy S21 FE update should include all the new features introduced by Google in Android 13, a few special additions from Samsung, and the October 2022 Android security patch.

Gestures for multitasking, a new way to control app activity in the background from the recent apps page, a redesigned lock screen settings screen, improved optimization, modes and routines, and more are some of the key features to expect from One UI 5.

If your Galaxy S21 FE has model number SM-G990B and you haven’t received an OTA update notification yet, you can manually check by going to Settings > Software Update > Download & Install. It looks like Samsung will release the update for more regions and devices, so stay tuned.
