As he reported channel 24The new terms of the tariff plans will enter into force on 1 December 2022. “Kyivstar” noted that the changes will affect tariffs where conditions have not changed for two or more years.
Which tariffs will increase the price
For contracted subscribers, the subscription fee will change for the following tariffs:
“Kievstar 4G”,
“Clever”,
“Bezlim” and other tariffs.
Prepaid subscribers will pay more if they have the following tariffs:
“Bezlim Social Networks”,
“Communication Without Borders”,
“Kyivstar Comfort 2018” and others.
The company emphasized that all subscribers whose tariff plan price will increase will receive an SMS message with the details of the changes at the latest 7 days before the changes.
A few more important changes
From December 1, the monthly subscription fee amount for the “Kyivstar Home 4G” subscription plan will also change.
Contract subscribers who have connected the “SIM for Devices” service will be able to use it for 1 hryvnia per day.
Service increase in tariffs
The company noted that from December 7, a small portion of subscription subscribers will receive additional services in their tariffs. These will include packages such as an additional 100 minutes and/or 5 GB mobile Internet for calls to other networks, and the new service fee will also apply.
Subscribers will receive, on average, twice as many minutes or gigabytes on the “Bezlim Social Network”, “Communication Without Borders”, “Kyivstar Comfort 2018” and other tariffs, – says the message of the company.
Subscribers can change their tariffs to any tariff free of charge. “Kyivstar” continues to offer free bonus service packages to subscribers who remain in cities and villages near the zone of active hostilities, as well as to customers in the liberated areas.
