Asus company has announced the ultralight ultrabook ExpertBook B9, which weighs only 880 grams. This was reported by the WccfTech publication.
The device received a 14-inch display with Full HD resolution and thin bezels, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of non-volatile memory, and also a battery with a capacity of 66 Wtg, enough for 16 hours without recharging. Last year’s 10-core Intel Core i7-1255U processor is responsible for the performance.
In addition to its low weight, the ExpertBook B9 case has an extremely thin thickness of just 14.9mm. For comparison: The thickness of the case of the latest version of the MacBook Air is 16 mm, and Apple’s ultrabook weighs 1.3 kg.
Asus positions the ExpertBook B9 as a premium device, so the innovation is priced accordingly. The manufacturer will cost $1,840 for the version with 16GB and 1TB of memory, and $2,270 for the version with 32GB and 2TB of memory.
