Although the star of the event will be the Galaxy S23 smartphones, there will also be a lot of interest in the renewal of Samsung’s PC lineup. We have already discussed this on other occasions. Samsung does not have as wide a range as specialists such as Lenovo or HP, but what it brings to the market is of a high standard.

Galaxy Book3: version

Samsung will expand the possibilities of the series by five different options. And it:

  • Samsung Galaxy Book3: a notebook with a 15-inch screen.
  • Samsung Galaxy Book3 360: convertible with a 15-inch screen.
  • Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro: notebook with 14 or 16 inch display.
  • Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360: convertible with a 16-inch screen.
  • Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra: a notebook with a 16-inch screen.

While the full specs aren’t known, we have a good idea of ​​what they’ll be like thanks to the leaks that accompany these releases. For example, it is clear that the “360” models correspond convertible offerwith touch screens and a 360-degree system of hinges that allow them to be placed on the keyboard and favor different modes of use, tablet, laptop or intermediary for presentations or using the stylus to draw or take notes, as the manufacturer will include the pressure-sensitive S-Pen.

We also know that Samsung has opted for thirteenth generation Intel processors (Raptor Lake) to power its new laptops. The customer will thus be able to use an Intel Core i5-1340P or Core i7-1360P supplemented with 16 GB of DDR5 memory and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage.

As for the screens, the latest will be 16-inch, a format already used by all manufacturers to offer a larger display capacity than the 15-inch versions, but with the same size as large laptops.17 inches. Here, Samsung mounts the best it has, AMOLED panels with a native resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and the usual image quality from the manufacturer.

Despite the good screen size, these Pro and Ultra versions maintain a low thickness and lightness with 13 mm and a weight of 1.6 kg. Both will be equipped with 76 Wh batteries and will feature a four-speaker setup tuned by AKG and support for Dolby Atmos. Support for the latest wireless standards, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, as well as Thunderbolt, USB and HDMI ports is ensured.

The entire range will come pre-installed with Windows 11, and while we’re missing data, it’s looking very good.
