Data found during tests on Geekbench indicates the possibility of a configuration change between the 5G and 4G versions of the Galaxy A14. While the 5G version is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, the Anatel-approved Galaxy A14 4G can be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G88 chip. Other than that, the rest of the device setup should be identical, including the rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP + 2MP + 2MP main sensor.
According to the document, Samsung will manufacture the Galaxy A14 4G at manufacturing facilities located in Campinas, Sao Paulo state and Manaus, Amazonas state. Last week, the South Korean company launched a 5G version of the mobile phone in the US and Europe, so the line of devices is also expected to start rolling out to Brazilian stores soon.
In the United States, the Galaxy A14 5G was launched for $199.99 (R$1,016 direct conversion). So far, Samsung has not confirmed the official price in Brazil, but with taxes we can expect the device to arrive in the country at a price higher than the price received after direct conversion.
