First log in to https://ebelge.gib.gov.tr/.

Click the Signing Tool (works with Java 1.7 and above) link at the bottom right of the page.

The “E-invoice Live Environment Application” page of the RA, located under the APPLICATION section on the main page, opens.

On the page that opens, click on the “Click to Apply Electronically” tab.

When you click on the relevant page of the GİB, you will see the following screen, an online application form.

As you can see on the screen above, you need to fill in the “Information about the taxpayer” and “Information about the responsible company” on the page.

Remember: While filling the form during the application, the financial seal must be attached to your computer and in working order.

After filling in the relevant fields, we click on the Apply (WebSocket) button using Financial Seal.

In the card input screen that opens, the flow card must first be defined. Once your card has been defined, you don’t need to redefine it. After clicking the Select button, we enter the Windows and system32 folders respectively on the local disk (C). Here we select the file akisp11.dll and click the Open button. After specifying the card name, we enter the card password and click on the login button.

You can complete your transaction by clicking the SIGN button on the signature information screen that follows.

When filling the form, you will see 3 options as “Usage method”:

Portal: It is an E-Invoice application that is offered free of charge by the Tax Authorities. With this method you can create your invoices manually on the GİB E-Invoice Portal or create them in your own data processing system in the format determined by the Presidency and upload them to your Portal account.

Integration: The information processing system integration method has been developed so that taxpayers can use their own information processing system by integrating it into the system of the Presidency.

Special Integration: You can facilitate your e-billing and purchases with institutions that have received special integration permission from the Presidency, such as EDM BİLİŞİM. When you switch to electronic invoices with EDM, you can access your financial information anywhere there is internet and can shorten your invoices instantly.

EDM Bilişim Special integration application procedures

Our customers who want to switch to E-Invoice with EDM Bilişim can make a request by logging in to www.edmbilisim.com.tr and enter the necessary information in the Customer Application & Demo field on the main page, or they can request their through our solution partners.

The most important thing here is to share the name, surname, contact number, email address and tax number of the owner of the signature circular with the appropriate units. After providing the necessary information and documents, you will reach your activation link in the email sent by EDM Bilişim. After installing our e-invoice signing application (ClientSigner) on your computer, you need to enter your username and password with your financial seal on your computer and sign the EDM Bilişim e-invoicing agreements and other GİB services .

After that, your contracts are expected to be approved by the GİB. This time usually results in between 15 minutes and 1 hour.

After these processes are completed, you can create your invoices with one click without depending on factors such as paper, time and time.
