Diya launches “Cyfra” podcast to tell Ukrainians about digital transformation

To give Ukrainians more information about the app and its team, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has released a podcast called “Cyfra”. Mstislav Banik, the host of the podcast, who manages many processes in Diya, aims to inform users about the development of the application, new services and digital changes in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation team decided to create a podcast to make Action even more understandable for Ukrainians. The podcast will have an educational function. We constantly explain what and how it works in the app,
said Banik.

The first issue already exists – what is it about?

In the first issue of “Tsifry”, Anna Alekseenko, head of Diya’s SMM department, and Andriy Luzan Banik, founder of YouTube channel “Lions on a jeep”, discussed how Diya became a part of pop culture and why it went digital. For Ukrainians, services are not a luxury, but a daily routine. And they remembered the funniest jokes about Diya in 2022.

When you hear the word action, you immediately associate it with digital documents and government services. And this is just the beginning. There will be even more associations. Especially in children, who from an early age will only hear this word in such a context,
– says Luzan.

The podcast is available on all major streaming platforms and the first episode is already getting positive feedback from users.

Why a podcast?

The Department of Digital Affairs states that the podcast is a way to make Diya more understandable for users and answer their questions about the operation of the app.

Action rarely provides services on its own. If we talk about documents, they are displayed from specific records. For example, we have been explaining why passports are not available for about 3 years in Diya in the form of a book. And there are many such requests. This podcast will help you understand such nuances,
Banik notes.

By launching Tsyfra, Diya aims to build a more informed user base and encourage the transition to digital services.
