As reported by Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this on Telegram.
“ChatGPT is now available in Ukraine. The team of the Ministry of Digitization worked on this decision for a long time – official letters, calls and a meeting with the administration. We finally managed to correct the injustice. Ukraine was removed from the list. Among the countries where ChatGPT was blocked,” the message reads.
The program will not work only in areas temporarily occupied by Russia.
“So that the enemies do not use it for anti-Ukrainian propaganda. After all, ChatGPT speaks Ukrainian well, unlike the Russians,” Fedorov said.
He thanked the OpenAI company for the “correct and completely logical solution”.
“A country fighting for freedom and progress certainly has the right to access revolutionary technologies,” Fedorov said.
As reported, ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI company that can work in dialog mode, supports requests in different languages.
