OnePlus 11 Concept is a special version of the latest smartphone series from the manufacturer. Ahead of its official presentation at Mobile World Congress 2023, we get a preview of what to expect.

When OnePlus unveiled its new 11 series earlier this month, it announced this “One more thing” towards. And it would be variant of the main line. The brand is no stranger to developing concept phones, and we saw some of that in the OnePlus 8T concept, like the glass pattern that changed color on the back. The thin film under the color-changing glass responded to voltage changes, for example. Before this model, he introduced an electrochromic glass material that made camera lenses invisible.

These types of “concepts” are developed as design innovations and technical samples, but do not always end up on the market. Hopefully the model in question does, but by contributing something different that at the moment, we don’t know beyond aesthetic changes designs that seem to be going the way of the Nothing phone. Coincidentally, the founder of Nothing Phone was also the founder of OnePlus.

The OnePlus 11 Concept shows some “an icy blue tube that runs the length of the back of the phone, almost like it has its own line of blood vessels”, the company explains. We don’t know what it will be used for…

Yippee blue LED lighting which you see in the pictures as a wave pattern also extends into the frame of the main camera system. We also don’t know if this is just a static change, although we assume the light and color could be controlled by the user.

And little else… From what we can see, the cameras are the same as the standard OnePlus 11 with a triple configuration (50MP + 32MP + 48MP), as well as the screen, high-resolution AMOLED and 6.7 inches OnePlus 11 Unknown, whether there are changes under the hood, but it will be difficult to improve given that the terminal is already impressive and packs the most it can muster, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC in configurations that can scale up to 16GB of RAM.
