Image of an accident between a motorcycle and a car from Google Maps, which was recorded for the Street View service, is circulating on social media. The impact caused the motorcyclist to fall to the ground. The incident was noticed by Paul Turrents, who broadcast live on Twitch on February 9.

The image, which was recorded in 2021, received a lot of publicity recently after a Spanish streamer discovered an accident on the N1 road located in the Tambacunda region of Senegal. He played GeoGuessr, which allows participants to determine the exact positions indicated at the beginning of each game session via Google Maps.

Pictures taken and shared by Twitter users show the moment the two cars collided, and no logo is visible on the car.

On February 13, Paul Turrents again took to social media to comment on the removal of content related to the accident.

When asked what happened, Google replied to g1: “When incidents occur, we work closely with local authorities to ensure that appropriate action is taken.The company did not disclose the health status of those involved or further details of the case.

Street View on Google Maps has a lot of funny images taken by Google Cameras. However, some regions are inaccessible to major US technologies and are giving way to competitors.

One former tourist commented on the situation, explaining that the dog’s name is Maru and is the island’s unofficial guide dog. The pictures were taken in July 2010 and unfortunately Maru is no longer alive.

“Maru is known to be very friendly to both tourists and locals. On another island, there is another dog named Minky, where she also leads tourists.“, – said the user.
