Tennessee Republican Gov. Bill Lee sanctioned a bill approved hours earlier by the State Senate that “restricts adult cabaret shows.”
The standard defines “adult cabaret performance” as performances involving gogo dancers, topless dancers, “strippers” and “male or female impersonators who entertain with obscene interest”.
Violators of the regime are threatened $2,500 fine and up to one year in prison.
