Microsoft continues to develop the latest Windows 11 operating system. As part of the Sun Valley 2 update (version 22H2), a major update for Windows 11 with many major and minor improvements will be available. As the release approaches, Microsoft has started hinting at what users might see in the fall.
For example, during a webcast for Windows Insider members, the company showed off a new “color” design for Windows 11 Task Manager. The new Task Manager supports color accents.
Windows now allows you to customize the appearance of the operating system with color highlights for many elements such as the Start menu, taskbar, window titles, etc. However, if you choose an accent color for your system, you may find that this does not apply to items such as the Task Manager. However, this injustice will be corrected with the release of a major update to Windows 11 in the fall. Source
