Along with a redesign, Outlook for Mac is now available for free on the macOS App Store. Easily add accounts from within the Mail app, including Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Exchange, Outlook.com, and IMAP. Outlook for Mac natively supports Apple’s own chips and has several notifications, widgets, and summary options in the menu bar.
Soon the application will welcome Outlook Profiles, allowing you to conveniently sync settings for each email account between the iOS app and the macOS version of Outlook. Switch seamlessly between work and personal profiles, each with their own notification settings and other options.
You can have a focused inbox folder in both the mobile app and Outlook for Mac, where the most important emails are bundled. Within the “My Day” function you will be shown an interactive calendar with event details. With one click you can easily record new meetings or join a video call.
Outlook for Mac is available today for free on the macOS App Store.
