The Russian branch of AliExpress reported that there are some difficulties in processing payments with cards of Russian banks, which are currently sanctioned.

But Ukrainian users of the platform also experienced difficulties. Although the company has not previously announced its withdrawal from the Ukrainian market, it has begun to cancel orders placed in Ukraine.

Ukrainian users collectively complain on social networks about canceled orders after full payment for the goods. What he will do with the money at the moment is unknown. The rules of the service provide for refunds for canceled orders within a period of 3 to 20 days.

At the same time, no official statement has been made by AliExpress yet. Gagadget reports that the service is still running in Ukraine. The product can be added to the cart, but when you try to pay for the order, the site gives an error with the following description:

“Due to logistical issues, the service is not yet available in your area.”

In addition, a significant number of pre-war orders by Ukrainian users have not yet been shipped or canceled, and it is not known what will happen to them.
