Two new releases expected by Samsung fans, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, have been leaked in recent weeks.. Among the most recent rumors is the fact that they will have few achievements in terms of design compared to the previous generation and should look the same in the current version.

This week, a leak suggested that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will have a 3.8-inch external screen, but it is possible that this number is even less. This is because a new source said the outer screen will be 3.4 inches while the inner screen will be 6.7 inches. The cell phone will weigh 184 grams, the same as the Flip 4 released last year.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is 9 grams lighter than its predecessor and weighs just 254 grams. While there are rumors that Samsung is planning to lower it even further to 250 grams, it looks like the latter is coming from a more reliable source than the former at the moment.

According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is almost the same size as its predecessor, but the big difference this year is the presence of a teardrop-shaped hinge that allows you to fully fold the phone and make it thinner. Unfortunately, Samsung has yet to reveal any information about this.

At the end of last month, there were rumors that Samsung would carry out some implementations on the device. Recently, one of the main rumors that have been circulating about the new Samsung models is the use of a teardrop-shaped hinge, which is different from the one used in the latest versions of devices.

The new hinge on the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 models could help secure devices, the source said. In addition, both devices will have an IPX8 waterproof certification, making them resistant to submersion in water. However, the touch screen technology used in the displays has not yet been disclosed.
