Acer has unveiled the Acer ebii, an AI single-motor electric bike that uses an intelligent vehicle control unit that has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable ride. ebiiAssist automatically adapts to road conditions, pedaling power and user preferences for a smoother ride. Its long-life battery, smart safety features, and lightweight, minimalist design make it easy for users to navigate city streets in style and comfort while leaving a smaller carbon footprint.

Acer ebii is distinguished by its unique modular architecture, which integrates the battery and control unit into a single compact intelligent vehicle control unit. Its innovative design provides easy battery charging and transport, simple maintenance and stress-free upgradeability in an elegant and efficient design.
The wheelset in motor position has a strong single-sided fork and a highly efficient 250/350 W motor with 48 V CAN bus and 40 Nm of torque. This allows the vehicle to be driven at speeds up to 25 km/h and can be configured as a front, center or rear hub depending on the needs of the driver.
The AI-powered ebiiAssist cycling feature adapts to pedaling power, riding conditions and preferred assist level, and intelligently adapts over time to provide a smoother ride. During rides, the controller uses artificial intelligence technology to automatically adjust engine power to provide an easy ride based on how the rider pedals and road conditions.
ebii artificial intelligence also uses big data and collects information from users through the companion app ebiiGO. Users can connect their phone to the e-bike through Bluetooth and use ebiiGO to check recommended routes, battery life, driving speed, auto unlock settings and more to better control your city adventures. They can also access ebiiRide, an adaptive flight management app that works with ebiiAssist to ensure riders never run out of power on the road. ebiiRide offers users three modes to choose the one that best suits their driving preferences: Eco mode for energy saving, My ebii mode for intelligent balance, and Boost mode to adjust engine speed and power based on road conditions and distance to destination.
ebii includes a durable, removable battery that can last up to 110 km and charges up to 100% in just 2.5 hours. In addition, AI-optimized power distribution helps extend battery life to power a full day on the go. It is built with a highly integrated MPS Energy design using a unique cell arrangement and bracket to enhance cargo protection and safety. The fast charging battery has also been rigorously tested and certified to ensure maximum reliability and safety.
Users can easily remove the battery, which can serve as a portable charger for other devices. It can also be equipped with a carefully designed handle for easy carrying of the battery on the go. Drivers can also check the battery level via ebiiGO or the smart LED display on the steering wheel to receive various alerts such as the remaining driving time.
E-bike riders can now ride the roads with confidence as the Acer ebii is equipped with a suite of advanced safety features. The ebii headlights and taillights come on automatically in the dark, and additional lighting under the car’s control box improves visibility when driving at night. The ebii is also equipped with a rear collision warning radar sensor mounted under the seat to alert the driver to the presence of motorists or objects approaching from behind. The collision detection and health notification function of the e-bike also gives the cyclist more peace of mind and improves ride planning when commuting.
At only 16kg, the strong and compact aluminum alloy ebii frame is optimized for a stable and agile ride. Its discreet yet striking appearance is marked by smooth edges and a fantastic matte white finish. The translucent headlight also contributes to the modern look of the ebii, while the LED display located in the center of the steering wheel clearly displays important information for the driver heading to their destination.
ebii airless tires are safe for high speed riding as they feature multi-layered foam inserts that recreate the feeling of riding in the wind and eliminate the worry of punctures. Airless tires, designed with the environment in mind, are also made from recyclable, closed-loop materials. The great durability of the e-bike is enhanced by a stainless steel belt drive that requires no lubrication for maintenance. Its removable battery provides greater convenience and efficiency for riders, allowing them to easily change batteries on the fly and perform upgrades without having to replace the entire bike frame.
The Acer ebii will be available in Spain from September starting at €1999*.
