“Google is launching a new AI Basics course to help Ukrainians develop practical skills in using AI and give them the opportunity to apply it immediately after training: at work or in private life. It will be interesting for people with and without technical expertise alike,” the message reads.

The course will last four weeks: May 16 – June 8, 2023. Its purpose is to teach Ukrainians how to use tools such as AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) that optimize business processes and reduce the amount of routine work.

The program includes classes and workshops where students will learn:

– What is AI and why is it needed;

– ready-made AI-based solutions that can be used in various fields from marketing to facility management;

– ML (machine learning) implementation strategies in the company;

– the intricacies of creating a technical team to work with machine learning;

– How to implement off-the-shelf machine learning solutions without coding experience.

In addition, participants of the “Foundations of Artificial Intelligence” course will receive individual mentoring from speakers from Google and other companies. You can access detailed information about the course from the link and register.

As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is considering the option to make changes in the school curriculum that will allow children to deepen their knowledge of artificial intelligence.
