On Pixel phones, for some reason, when the user decides to turn off the notification sounds, it also automatically mute the incoming call. If you set your Pixel phone to vibrate during calls, the same goes for notifications. But it seems that Google will finally separate the two optionsgiving the user more control over the smartphone.
Google noted the novelty in its task tracker at the end of April, saying that “the requested novelty will be available in a future version of the device.” It is not yet known when the manufacturer will release the new product, but just below the company’s notice, all users began to celebrate. “What seems so small can go a long way in improving the platform,” commented one.
The novelty is really simple, as you can see above, but it does big difference in user experience. The ability to turn off notifications but keep the caller ringing higher or vice versa is important for setting up the device the way you want.
Google Pixel 7a Coming to India in May
In addition to the new Pixel smartphone settings, Google’s new phone, the Pixel 7a, will launch in India in May. Perhaps already with a build with implemented volume separation. In other regions, the smartphone should also arrive in the near future.
An entry-level smartphone should enter the market with 6.1″ OLED screen, Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The chipset will be the Google Tensor G2, the same as the Pixel 7 Pro. The smartphone must have at least 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 128 GB of UFS (Universal Flash Storage) 3.1 internal memory and a 4400 mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging.
In the camera system, the Pixel 7a will have a 10.8 MP front camera with 64MP main rear camera and 12MP ultra-wide camera.. At this point, we don’t know if the above specs will be the official specs featured in the product, but all rumors point to it being.
The Google Pixel 7a will go on sale in India on May 11.
The date has been confirmed via the company’s official Twitter account.
