According to Saipa, the ME16 is currently being tested and series production of the bike should start in the second half of this year. Which models will receive the new engine has not yet been reported. However, the company noted that cars equipped with this unit will also be delivered to Russia.
Recall that the “official” sale of Iranian Saipa cars will begin in June in our country. The brand debuts in the domestic market with the Quik hatchback, as well as the Saina and Shahin sedans. Alexander Stepanov, general manager of Best Motors, which became the brand’s distributor, previously said that the prices of the first three models would be in the range of 1-1.7 million rubles, depending on the configuration.
