At the same time, the deputy considers it necessary to prohibit minors from using these vehicles, as well as to introduce a ban on the movement of electroSIMs on pedestrian streets.

Since pedestrians driving past it should be spared from “attempting to dodge flying electric scooters”. All of the above restrictions, according to Yakubovsky, should be extended to electric bicycles, including those of courier services.
