A banal accident on a road near Moscow resulted in a plot worthy of a horror movie. For some reason, an employee of a law enforcement agency decided to perform the role of the villain. Which calls into question the mental stability and fitness of other traffic cops.
On June 15, an employee of one of the registration units of the traffic police, Roman Strelkov, was driving his car near the Moscow village of Kosyakovo, not far from Bronnitsy. According to the telegram channel Baza, the policeman lost control of the wheel and his car flew into the oncoming lane. At that moment there was a man on a bicycle. Strelkov’s car hit him. Then the traffic cop stopped, took out a knife and slammed the unfortunate knife into the stomach. After that, Strelkov returned behind the wheel and left the crime scene.
Fortunately for the victim, other drivers noticed him and called the doctors. As a result, the cyclist ended up in hospital with a penetrating liver wound. The victim, I must say, was very lucky, because with this kind of damage, a person can very quickly die from blood loss.
Law enforcement officers reportedly identified the attacker a few days after the incident and arrested the bloodthirsty traffic cop. A criminal case was initiated against Strelkov for intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm. According to the second part of Article 111 of the Penal Code, an aggressive traffic cop “shines” to 10 years in prison.
