The “brilliant” bill has reportedly been sent to the government for review. We believe the authors already know exactly what it will be like. Because it seems extremely unlikely that any of them have not previously been in the position of a driver driving around a road repair yard in the oncoming lane. Consequently, the appearance of the bill on “free leased lines” at night cannot be explained other than the desire to create an additional news opportunity to please voters-car owners.
