For some reason, the Tambov deputies decided that participation in a special operation in Ukraine in itself can be equated with learning to drive a car. They submitted a bill to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which would allow NWO fighters to pass an exam in the traffic police to obtain “rights” without wasting time and money on attending a driving school. The explanatory memorandum to the bill states that it aims (how could it be otherwise!) to create additional measures to support civilians participating in the NWO – mobilized, volunteers, contract soldiers and ordinary soldiers.

For example, the members of the Tambov Duma propose to revive the institution of “self-study” for exams in the traffic police, which Russia successfully got rid of in 2013. Recall that until that time it was possible to receive “external” training for law. And then “to the bitter end” again and again to pass exams in the traffic police and at the same time learn to drive on their own mistakes. At the same time, the police noted an increased accident rate among drivers who received “rights” after such “self-training”. Which in fact was once one of the main arguments for banning this method of obtaining a VU.
