The share of “green” vehicles increased during the year from 10.7% to 15.1% and ranks third after petrol vehicles with a share of 36.3% and various hybrids with a total share of 24.3%. Diesel versions (13.4%) have to settle for fourth place.
In total, 158,252 electric cars were sold in the EU in June, the result of six months is 703,586 sales. At the same time, the Netherlands is more active than other countries in the new electroreligion. Well, compared to the same period in 2022, according to the January-June results, electric vehicles added 53.8%.
It is curious that in Russia the growth of the electric segment is twice as active. Affects lower base initially. But in absolute terms, we are still a long way from Europe. For example, according to the Avtostat agency, 880 electric cars were sold in May 2023, which is eight times more than in May 2022. And according to the results of the first quarter of this year, “electric trains” added 95%.
