Auto parts maker Magna has transferred its Russian assets to E-mobile

Canadian auto parts manufacturer Magna International said goodbye to its businesses in Russia. The new owner, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, was the previously unknown E-Mobil LLC.

E-Mobil, which is subject to taxation in Moscow, is now the sole owner of Magna St. Petersburg and Piterform in the northern capital. Magna Seating Nizhny Novgorod and Magna Seating Rus, registered in Tatarstan, also came under full control. All four of Magna’s former subsidiaries in Russia were engaged in the production of parts for local car assembly plants. For example, Piterform sent almost all of its products to the Hyundai plant in St. Petersburg.

Now the owners of E-Mobil LLC own all this goodness: some Olga Savelyeva (with a share of 99.99%) and Oleg Tenitsky (0.01%).

Canadian Magna International is considered the third of the world’s largest companies engaged in the production of automotive components. The branches are located in 27 countries. Approximately 340 Magna plants supply their products to the assembly lines of almost all major automakers, including GM, Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, Tesla and others.
