Hyundai Santa Fe will go on sale in South Korea on August 16. The crossover received two engine options. The company limited itself to reporting that one of them was a 2.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine. The second power source is a hybrid power plant with a 1.6-liter supercharged petrol engine.

“Hybrid” will cost 40-48 million Korean won (3-3.6 million rubles). And configurations with internal combustion engines cost 35-44 million won (2.6-3.3 million rubles).

The company explained that the external design of the crossover, which is visually dominated by H-shaped front and rear lights, as well as the front bumper, is based on the interpretation of the brand’s corporate logo and the first letter of the Hyundai name .

Note that the model’s interior also plays with emphasized vertical and horizontal lines. H-shaped shapes can be seen on the dashboard and in the air vents in the cabin.

Hyundai Motor has announced that it will launch the new model in the US and Europe in the first quarter of 2024. It is planned to sell 16,000 crossovers in the European market next year and 135,000 in the US Santa Fe, assembled in Korea, is intended for domestic sales and for export, and for the US market, cars will be produced in the Hyundai factory in Alabama.
