Among them are Moskvich with indices 5, 6 and 8, as well as LADA Iskra, Aura, e-Largus and a crossover based on Vesta.
And in continuation of the theme of factories, the news confirmed that the chairman of the board of directors of Chery Automobiles Rus, Sun Luquan, confirmed that the Chinese will decide on a production site for locating their cars in Russia by the end of this year . He did not mention specific models that can obtain a local residence permit. But there are still some suggestions.
Kaliningrad Avtotor, which has taken over not only the production but also the distribution of cars of the Chinese brands Kaiyi, BAIC and SWM, has announced the launch of four new crossovers: two from Kaiyi and two from BAIC. In addition, additional versions of the Kaiyi E5 and a diesel modification of the BAIC BJ40 will go on sale very soon.
But for the Iranians, things are much slower. Iran Khodro again presented the Tara sedan at the MIMS fair, the one already offered in our country. Company representatives said that the price will soon rise to 2 million rubles, and in addition, at least three new models will appear on the market. In 2024, the second Iranian brand, Saipa, will finally enter Russia.
