As AvtoVzglyad already wrote, the novelty should not be considered an independent model. Rather, it is its advanced modification. Essentially the same car with a number of external differences, which will take its place on the catwalks of car dealers next to the S5 sedan known since May 2023.
Among the design touches of the novelty, the modified radiator grille, improved optics and glossy black rims, under which bright orange larger calipers are visible, stand out. The interior of the GT version is easily recognizable by the original orange inserts, a new instrument panel with a pair of dual displays, seats with contrasting stitching, orange seatbelts and a new gear lever.
Instead of a 1.5-litre turbo engine and a CVT, it relies on a 1.6-litre supercharged 150 hp engine and a 7-speed ‘robot’ with two ‘wet’ clutches. This, in fact, was the main intrigue of the novelty. Manufacturers promise good dynamics. True, before the premiere, which will take place on September 7, the exact numbers are not known. Configurations and prices will also be announced a week later.
