First, the battle of the titans of the service will take place in the correspondence mode. Each participant will boast their own professionalism in meeting the needs of a fickle (read – premium) customer in “home” conditions. To be clear, military personnel will even have to record a 10-minute video about their work.
The final, where the best people gather, will be held in Moscow. Here, diagnosticians and master inspectors will already ‘cross swords’ full-time. Applicants await a rigorous jury, which will verify knowledge of the brand’s operating standards and warranty policies and determine the winner based on the results.
