14 students from 10 universities in Moscow completed a two-month internship at the divisions of the Chinese brand. Students of Polytechnic University, Moscow State University, Moscow Aviation Institute, MADI, Moscow State Technical University. Bauman, Higher School of Economics, threw herself into the day-to-day work of sales, after-sales service, marketing, advertising and public relations, corporate sales, quality and customer experience, as well as a number of other departments of the brand.
— Internships provide the opportunity to see a student or young specialist in a situation of real activity and to assess his potential. Not only do students strengthen the team and help carry out important tasks, but most importantly, they get the chance to prove themselves and continue to work in the company. It is this long-term collaboration that is the main goal of the project,” says Olga Gorbacheva, project manager and HR manager of the company.
As a result of the summer training, 12 students who participated in it were given the opportunity to continue working in the company and be part of the team.
