The new generation Duster will debut on November 29 – the premiere of the popular crossover will take place in Portugal. The car will be built on the modular CMF-B platform and will be equipped with a 170 hp engine for the first time in the model’s history.

The ‘French’ gets a brutal ‘off-road’ appearance with angular wheel arches, a more prominent hood and a radiator grille in a new corporate identity. The car comes on the market with a choice of three engines. The basic version of the SUV, which is built on the CMF-B platform, gets a 1-liter turbo engine of 120 hp, a step higher comes a version with a hybrid power plant based on a 1.2-liter gasoline engine with a power of 140 hp, and at the top of the engine line will be the most powerful Duster in history with a 1.3-liter petrol turbo engine producing 170 hp.

There will be no more diesel engines. It is promised that the cost of the new generation crossover will be revealed closer to the official premiere of the car. It is of course a shame that Russian fans of the brand will probably never see this car…
