The Czech company Skoda has published a drawing of the interior of the new Superb. The world premiere of the new product in both body variants – liftback and station wagon – will take place the day after tomorrow, November 2.
In the design sketch you see a two-spoke steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, a large display on the center console, a gear lever on the steering column and a tunnel with a minimum of buttons. We have already seen all this, as well as the three Smart Dials, in the interior of the new generation Kodiaq crossover.
The controls have built-in 32mm screens that change the image depending on the context. For example, six options are available for the central ‘twist’. The diagonal of the touchscreen will be a record 13 inches for Skoda. It is known that the new Superb will receive a line of six power plants with a power of 150-256 hp, including “mild” and plug-in hybrids.
The most powerful versions will have all-wheel drive, and the high-performance hybrid engine with a 25.7 kW battery will only be available for the station wagon.
