It is proposed to make the standard “Organization and safety of traffic on highways and highways” partially mandatory. Parts of highways with a speed limit of 130 km/h must be equipped with artificial lighting, and highways with a speed limit of up to 110 km/h must be equipped with pedestrian crossings and barriers.
If any of these conditions are violated, the “increased” speed limit will be canceled until the repair is completed – it will be returned to “standard” values, i.e. 90-110 km/h, depending on the road. Diagonal pedestrian crossings must have special traffic lights and dotted lines. The button for calling the permission signal should be at a height of 0.8-1.2 meters, and when pedestrians and cars move at the same time in the same traffic light phase, green should light up for the former before the latter.
