As TASS reports, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, spoke about the start of Aurus production in the UAE. ‘We intend to release Senat and Komendant. Let’s start with the Senate,” he said. Next year a full-fledged Aurus dealership should be opened in the Emirates, where it will be possible to order a car taking into account all the wishes of the buyer.
According to the minister, the Russian brand plans to move further into the Middle East. “We are looking at expansion, as I said. Now we are going to establish ourselves firmly here and then we will move,” he answered a question about the possible opening of an Aurus showroom in Saudi Arabia.
Manturov previously said that the countries of the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region will be the main export destination for Aurus vehicles in the near future.
